Pumping station
Maskon has developed a pump station to simplify the transportation of fish in a gentle way, typically used for transport back to the tank after vaccination or sorting. The pump station is available in 4″, 6″, and 8″ versions with 1 to 4 pumps. It has a low inlet height of approximately 220mm and a rotation-molded inlet manifold to ensure fish welfare. Additionally, the unit can be divided to handle different water qualities, which is often required in a modern RAS system.
Vacuum tank
Our newly developed vacuum tank can remove large amounts of air in the pumping line. This will ensure that the pump does not stop working due to air, and thus ensure that the fish does not get stuck in pipes and hoses. This is especially critical for long pumping distances. This system will also remove any cavitation in the pumping line and provide a smoother transport for the fish. In combination with our automatic fish pump, this system will be able to empty a fish tank completely automatically. Available in 6″, 8″, and 10″ sizes.
