The mixing station is designed for automatic mixing and dosing of anesthetic, washing solution, and probiotics for the stunner, ensuring efficient and accurate dosing of the products.
The standard version is equipped with three tanks:

1 tank for anesthetic
1 tank for buffer
1 tank for soap solution

As an option, the mixing station can be expanded with two additional tanks:

1 tank for probiotics
1 tank for saline solution

The tanks for anesthetic, buffer, and soap have an available volume of approx. 24 liters at 70% fill level. The tank for probiotics and saline solution has an available volume of approx. 75 liters at 70% fill level.
All tanks are equipped with integrated mixers to ensure a homogeneous mixing of the products.

The mixing station will automatically add the correct amount of water according to predefined parameters. The operator only needs to fill the respective tanks with the desired products, and the mixing station will mix the solutions.
The unit communicates directly with the Maskon stunner and can be remotely monitored and supported via remote access.
