Customer contact, sales, and solutions – are you the new salesperson for Maskon?
Maskon AS became part of ScaleAQ in 2023. Maskon provides automation solutions/machines for industry and the blue economy. In recent years, the company has focused on developing its own products, primarily targeting the aquaculture industry. Their vaccine machine for salmon has become world-leading, improving the efficiency and quality of vaccinating salmon and trout worldwide.
Currently, we have 40 employees, distributed among mechanical engineers, machine builders, PLC/data programmers, and automation service technicians. There is close collaboration between the departments of development, machining, machine building, and service.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Conduct proactive sales activities in Norway and abroad, primarily targeting the aquaculture industry.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Stay professionally updated and communicate relevant product information.
- Promote the company and products on social media, trade fairs, etc.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or other relevant experience.
- Strong technical understanding and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English. Spanish is a plus.
- Flexible working hours and high travel activity.
- Driver’s license class B.

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- High degree of independence and good planning skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent service and customer relations skills.
- Skilled at presenting and communicating in front of groups.
- Good technical understanding.
