Maskon provides automation solutions\/machines for industry and the blue economy. In recent years, the company has focused on developing its own products, primarily targeting the aquaculture industry. Their vaccine machine for salmon has become world-leading, improving the efficiency and quality of vaccinating salmon and trout worldwide.<\/p>\n\n<p>Currently, we have 40 employees, distributed among mechanical engineers, machine builders, PLC\/data programmers, and automation service technicians. There is close collaboration between the departments of development, machining, machine building, and service.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct proactive sales activities in Norway and abroad, primarily targeting the aquaculture industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay professionally updated and communicate relevant product information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the company and products on social media, trade fairs, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Job requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or other relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical understanding and solution-oriented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in Norwegian and English.
